Juggling Life Symphony and Michael Ball and Alfie Boer fans journey. Welcome back to another episode of Trace's Inspirational Warriors. If you only knew my story, this one is called Juggling Life Symphony, the podcast that explores the delicate art of balancing multiple roles and passions while maintaining self care and finding harmony amongst life's chaos. I'm your host, trace Taylor Scott, and today I have an inspiring and heartwarming story to share with you all. The guest today is a woman who wears many hats, and that would be me. I'm a devoted mother living with various serious health conditions, a loving wife, a successful salon owner, a passionate community advocate, a fundraiser, an online group owner and admin, all while being a die-hide fan of the musical duo that is Michael Ball and Alfie Boer, whether they're in their duo or whether they're on their own separate missions a fan of all. So join me as I delve into my journey of managing these roles and finding solace in the music that brings me joy and purpose. It's an honour to tell my story on the show today. I'm thrilled to be here and share my story. My story is truly remarkable, to some would say.

Speaker 1:

I manage so much from health challenges to home in a salon, looking after my family and home and even being deeply involved in my charity work. I'll take you through a typical day in my life. My life usually starts fairly early. I'm always usually an early riser, tending to my health needs while also ensuring my family is taken care of too. Then it's off to the salon on some days, where I pull my heart and soul into creating a welcoming space for clients where they can feel welcomed and at home, knowing they're going to get a first class service. Balancing work and family and life is already a juggle, but I find immense joy in being part of my community. And then there's the fan groups and the advocacy work, coordinating events, managing online communities, all whilst supporting and fundraising for causes that are close to my heart. This all comes with management of time. I'm making sure my own needs are met too.

Speaker 1:

This has not always been easy. I've had to learn to do this too. However, once you reach a balance, most things fall into place with a few twists and turns. That's normal, with occasional curve ball thrown in for good measure, and we all know about those curve balls. But that usually is a learning curve too, and all makes for a little excitement along the way. It's a well-winned of responsibilities I have. I try to find the perfect balance and still make sure I take care of myself whenever I possibly can, and I would advocate that for you too. It's definitely a challenge, but I've learned that self-care is non-negotiable, whether it's stealing a few moments to listen to Michael Ball or Alfie Boer's music, reading a book or simply taking time out giving yourself a beauty treatment obviously, giving myself a beauty treatment these small acts can rejuvenate me and can certainly rejuvenate yourself.

Speaker 1:

Michael and Alfie's music in particular brings me comfort and joy, especially when I attend their concerts or performances. It's like a magical escape from the daily bustle and bustle is quite a word. My dedication to Michael Ball and Alfie Boer is truly inspiring. Some would say their music and performances have certainly influenced my journey. Their music is a lifeline for me. Attending their performances, whether at a concert, an outdoor show or even on stage, gives me something to look forward to and something to work towards, especially when recovering from my life threatening illnesses and sadrists amiss my busy life too, especially juggling my ongoing other health issues along the way, which obviously are never going to go away. But this is just part and parcel of my life which obviously juggling all this is nirming feet, but Michael Ball's and Alfie Boer's voices resonate with me on a deep level Whenever they perform, especially Michael when he hits certain notes. It runs right through my body like a tuning fork vibrations unless you ever felt like, you will never experience it. So that is why you'll see me at lots of shows, because that sound, that vibration, is everything. I often talk about this, but they certainly gets the happy hormones flowing and those happy hormones go a long way to making life feel good. So obviously this resonates on a deep level for me, and their emotions, their music stares up, is both cathartic and uplifting. It's a reminder that I can overcome challenges and continue pursuing my passions. And I would certainly say to you you can too whether it's a Michael Ball and Alfie Boer or some other musician or of interest along the way find that passion for them and you will see your journey grow and flow.

Speaker 1:

My story is a testament to the power of music and community. My involvement in my fan groups and advocacy work have enriched my life so much. Being part of the fan groups and engaging in advocacy and fundraising work has connected me with kindred spirits who share my love for Michael and Boer and Alfie's music. It's a support system that encourages me to reach out and inspire others through fundraising for communities and for charities. I found a way to give back while pursuing something I am passionate about. It's incredible, fulfilling and rewarding on my own personal level. To some people who have never understood this in the first place, I tell you this find your passion and you'll know exactly why I have my passion. My journey is an inspiration to many, I am told.

Speaker 1:

My advice to anybody who is also juggling multiple roles and passions, my advice, would be to embrace your unique journey and find solace in the things that bring you joy. Remember that self care isn't selfish. It's essential. Surround yourself with a support network, whether it's friends, family or online communities, and, most importantly, never underestimate the power of music to heal and uplift your spirit. I hope sharing some of my journey with you today and my ability to find harmony amongst life's chaos and still spread my joy and positivity is truly inspiring to you too.
